I have been trying to lose weight since September 2011.. but to no avail I have not been sucessful :-(
I am now heavier than I was in September and am now finding that none of my clothes fit , but i am refusing to buy any news ones as i dont want to "get comfortable" in the larger clothes ;-)
I have taken the plunge and joined a forum to help me with advice and hints to help me get back to the weight I was last year of 60kg.
I am a bit gutted as I dont eat junk food / take aways etc and go to the gym 3-4 times a week , so i am hoping people will be able to give me the "boost " i need....
