Hi. I'm Halli, 46 yr old, single mom of Mor (16.5) and Amber (15). We live in Israel (I'm both american and Israeli). My weight has known many ups and downs since I was about 18. I'm 5'8" and 163 lb, the heaviest I've ever been except for right after Amber was born. My life is as hectic as it gets. I'm an architect and as of year ago also a lawyer, and work as the legal advisor of a construction firm- usually 10 hours a day, 9:00-19:00. The only exercise I do is walk up and down the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment (no elevator....), usually twice a day, unless my daughters neglect to take out the dog (ah- yes- we have a puppy and a cat- both contribute greatly to the messiness of my apartment), at which case I do the stair business a third time. Seeing as I really don't have much of a life outside of my girls and work, I feel I must get back to the weight at which I like myself. This as a first step towards going back to being the friendly, funloving, sought after person I used to be before I went back to school to get my law degree. I really need your support in order to achieve this goal!
