Well i'm doing awsome with takeing the Rasberry Ketones. I've lossed 12 1/2 lbs. since sunday. I had gained back up to 289.

Well starting the new diet today with the raspberry ketones pills. Had our big breakfast will have a mid size lunch then a lite dinner.

Ok here goes. I've done alot of reading about a new diet aid Raspberry Ketones. So i'me going to try them. Plus i'm going to change the timeing I eat. I also read a study on the timeing of your big meals. They said 400 plus poeple ate the same food just at different times. One group ate they're big one at lunch the other at dinner time. The ones that ate earlier lost 20% more then the others. Worth a try.

Have been going throw alot with planning our wedding and haveing a teen daughter. My weight got up to 288 but now it's back down to 279. Got my wedding dress and I need to take in the bust alittle but need to loss around 20 so the hip area fits better.
