concerns on calorie intake - ATKINS
having entered yesterdays food diary the summery looked like this

kcal 1845 fat130 protein 149.39 carbs 10.19

i also did 1.5 hour gym session last night

im concerned about the level of calories....should i be?
So far having just had breakfast and snacked on a couple of babybels my calorie intake is already at 870 - am i on track or does this need to chang?? advice/thoughts please!!

4 day jubilee weekend - drank too much and ate carbs freely - wasnt worth the gain!!! 3 weeks until holiday, 3 weeks of 100% dedication and gyming every ...
