I have dieted for what seems like the majority of my life (not very well apparently lol). A few years ago I managed losing from 242 to 190 and have managed keeping that weight off for at least 3 years now.

Well I am 40 years old. I have always heard that once you past 40 that it is even harder to get the weight off and many have made it sound almost impossible. Maybe the fact that people act like you can't lose weight after a certain point in your life is part of my motivation. I love proving to people that what they don't think is possible CAN be done. :)
