Forty three year old mother of three girls and two Bernese Mountain Dogs. Work full-time+ and fight to make time to take care of me. Each year I keep gaining and keep going back to WW. This time my husband joined me in the effort to lose weight and make lifestyle changes. Atkins is more suited to our eating and living habits. Trying to exercise and be an example of a happy, healthy woman to my daughters.
