Sticking to diet...How come I fluxuate so much?
My idea of a healthy person is one who has a healthy body weight with the right amount of body fat. So, as Nimm stated above, your goal should be to maintain healthy body weight and reducing the fat content. This requires you to eat healthy and do regular exercise. You can start with a good diet plan, do regular exercise that suits your body, and measure after every 1 – 2 weeks. If you do this, I guarantee in 30 days slim figure will be yours to flaunt.

Facing Reality
Congratulation! You have already defeated and decimated one enemy. Doing the same to another won’t be so hard. All you have to do is believe.
I was in a similar situation not long ago. Eating was one of the joys of my life and I couldn’t stop eating high carb food stuff. Then all of a sudden I told to myself, enough is enough something had to be done. I then started with General Motors Diet (for one week) which helped me to change my lifestyle from a high-carb diet to low-carb high-protein diet, then pursued the 21 days diet plan (for the next 21 days). In just a month’s time I was able to change my lifestyle, reduce weight, and overcome carb cravings.

Tricks I've learned
I would say eating when stomach growls is one of the worst dieting ideas I have heard. Never allow your stomach to dictate terms, and as Erika2633 said above, you are more likely to overeat when you are starving. It is best to eat, in small quantities, 5 – 6 times a day. By doing so your body metabolism rate increases and you’ll remain active throughout the day. It is best to seek expert help for fitness and weight loss ideas. You can learn more about losing fat and eating healthy from the 30 days to slim diet plan.

Need tips on how to make calorie tasty oatmeal
I sometimes add vanilla soy milk, or dried fruits, or fresh fruits, or nuts and seeds, or a combination of all these in small quantities. These substances are low in calorie count and healthy too. You can also include spices, grains such as cracked wheat and quinoa, and low fat yogurt, milk, or milk substitutes.
There are plenty of ways to make oat meal or other health food items tasty and delicious. Anyway, if you are interested to know more about healthy eating and staying slim, you can read the 21 days diet book.
