I am a 25 year old graduate student trying my second time at this lifestyle change. I have never had a problem with exercising especially since I have been a memmber of a marching bands since junior high. With the end of my undergraduate career, exercise was thrown out the window. With my bad eating habits already in place and the lack of exercise, I have gained 30lbs. Now is my chance to lose.
