I'm 48 yrs old, been married almost 30 years (yes to the same man) have 2 adult kids and 1 grandbaby. So, after 30 years of smoking (cigarettes) I finally quite, sort of. I switched to the electronic cigarette wich has made a huge difference in my life. I rarely pick it up anymore to smoke. However, since quiting I have gained 25 pounds, not happy. I have been trying to lose the extra weight by doing some moderate aerobics for an 1hr 30min 5 days a week. Been 8 months now with no success. My weight is like a "YOYO", up down, up down, up down its rediculous. I know it has to do with my eating habits. I mean, who hates food, ecspecially the cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts, chips, you get the pictue. So, Im really going to try to make a change and watch what I eat...and how much. So, hopefully I'll lose a few pounds. :-)
