Could Atkins Bars make me gain?
Liter8 - First off Hi and congrats on the weight loss! I don't use the atkins app to track my food (I use the one on this site) but curious if you have it set to NET carbs? I don't think from what you listed for that salad that it could be 18 net carbs? Also, nuts and fruit are not allowed while doing induction. I notice when I eat the bars that I don't lose...just kind of hover. I am sick of eggs too lol...been eating dinner left overs instead because quick and easy. I've learned the hard way if I start to get bored with food I will veer off track so I keep trying to change it up. Best of luck to you on your journey! Have a great day.

Manually changing RDI
I just figured out how to do this as well! If you click on the RDI box you will see the window to enter activity level etc. Then click the recalculate RDI box. AFTER that you will see a little box that you can manually put in your calories and the click save.

Looking for buddies!
I'd be happy to be your buddy...I am also doing low carb (Atkins) and started last week. I have about 40# to lose (AGAIN)! I didn't really utilize this site before..wish I would have...lots of little tools to make things easier. I even joined a couple challenges...should be fun
