I have been on a diet my entire life!!! ~ Will it ever end?

A few years back I found Medi Weight-loss clinic and was very successful. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to reach my goal weight because of financial restrictions... I needed to stop my visits to the clinic. Over the course of 2 years I put most of my weight back on because I never had the chance to learn how to maintain.

About a year ago I went back to Medi and once again starting doing well... until I just couldn't come up with the cash to continue!

I am now following the same basic concept of their weight loss plan without going in to the clinic for the injections and weigh-in. I'm feeling confident that I can do this!
