How to change phases....
Ok I am new to this website, (well kinda) been on here before but never actually used it. I am following the Atkins diet and feeling great! I am in the induction phase but am just wondering how to change phases when it gets to that time. I looked around and didnt see anyway to do it. If anyone could fill me in that would be great! Thanks alot. Also I would love to get some buddies on here I can talk to when I'm online. Just to have some support and make some new friends. So feel free to invite me as a buddy if you want. Doing really good on this diet, just found out I'm preggers though. So I am gonna be sticking with the diet but much more laid back. Wish me luck.
