weight in day, a little nervous
Hello CCerza, My trick is to go off my diet 1 day out of the month, this way I have something to look forward too. You can do it CCerza. Its a slow process but just think how good you feel when you just lose 1 pound.

Grill
Bought a George Forman grill. The last two days I have used it and its wonderful for dieting. I can cook meals in less then 15 minutes. I cook my vegetables in the micro and my meat on the grill. Wink Very Happy
