I am a 24 year old make up artist from Philadelphia
Ive been dieting and exercising for about 6 years on and off and never achieved any good results. my favorite diet always been 'the south beach' diet and have lost about 8 pounds one time around and gained it all back and more. I know that with diet and exercise I will get the great results Ive been desperately seeking. so this time around I plan to do just that, not depriving myself from carbs but eating healthy. currently I am trying out 'the abs diet' so wish me luck!!!!!
