HELP!!!!!
I agree with Lotus. I only weight once every 1-2 weeks. When I start to weigh myself too much I start getting discouraged that it's not coming off fast enough (and then I want to eat). If you wait 1-2 weeks, you will see a a bigger loss on the scale....and we all like to see a bigger loss on the scale! Smile

Starting Phase 2
Thanks for all the replys everyone! For some reason I was getting really nervous about adding foods.I decided to do Phase 1 one more week since next weekend is my Birthday. We are going to the Santa Barbara wine country for 3 days, so I'm giving myself permission to indulge (but not go crazy).
I think the add 1 item per week is good, probably a fruit.

Starting Phase 2
I start Phase 2 on Saturday. Has anyone found it hard to control carb eating once you get a "little taste" for it again?

Hi Ladies,
I'm turning 40 on Dec 10th (can't believe I just put that in writing). Anyway, I'm on day 10 of Phase 1 and would like to join in on the accountability aspect. I'm nervous about Phase 2. I'm afraid if I start eating a little carbs, it will blow up into a lot of carbs.
My goal is 25 pounds starting at 145. My first weigh in will be at the end of Phase 1....gulp.Rolling Eyes
