Gym equipment?
I as you will just hang around the gym and not get a proper workout. I have started spinning classes and it sounds scary but really it's on your own pace and yes you will finish your 45 or 60min sesion as you will be to embarresed to walk out. Give it a try most gyms offer this and it realy is great fun. You all get to know each other "the spinners" good Luck!!
