I have been athletic my entire life. However, I have been "heavy" my entire life as well. I raced downhill skiing, played collegiate tennis. My passion is competitive cycling. I am the KING of riding Fat!! I have had varying amounts of success all limited by my extra weight.
I have never been "skinny" the lowest my body fat has ever been was 9% (@178). When I started Fat secret I was 226 uggghhhhhh. Currently it is about 18-20%. (Impedance measured on my home scale). I have decided that I really want to change my life and my future with respect to my body.
I have been around Olympic and Professional athletes. I have watched learned but never applied the things that I have learned to myself. My first goal is to get to 190 by June 1st. Then slow down the loss and hit 180 by the end of July.
I am going to change my body for the better, and forever! I will listen and support anyone and everyone.
