I am 21 years old. I attend the university of Memphis! I plan to graduate December 2012 with a bachelors in Professional Studies and a concentration in child development. I plan to be a teacher and/or a Child Life Specialist. Someday I hope to get my PHD. I am fun and loving and super athletic! I have one issue......i can't stop eating! Its an addiction! I'm ready to get my track body back and manage my eating habits to ensure a healthy lifestyle!
I know everything I need to do to be healthy. I've been an athlete majority of my life. Once I got to college and left sports behind, my body and health took a turn for the worse! I am currently 190lbs. If you were to see me you would never think I weigh that much. I have a flat tummy with a super curvy lower body. I am 21 and 5'4. Clearly, 190lbs is not healthy for me. For the first time I am going to get serious and use old knowledge of mine to get back in shape.
