trampette/mini trampoline???
In Denmark we have something we call "flødeboller" or "creambuns". It´s a small flat cake with some kind of cream stuffing, and covered with chocolate. At my school, there used to hang a poster that said, that you had to jump 600 times to burn the energy in one of them. And since 100 grams of "creambuns" have 430 calories in it, and one weights around 20 grams, it has around 85 calories in one creambun.

So jumping 600 (this is standing on the floor, so maybe it´s a bit different on mini trampolines) times burns around 85 calories for kids/teenagers, so if you are really obese you´ll burn a lot more. Just take time on how long it takes for you to jump 600 or 1200 times, and see how much that is in an hour.

Not Feeling it? Do it Anyway.
Actually, my favorite weather for walking/running/biking is when it´s raining. It´s probably because it cools down your body, so you can run/walk/bike longer without being over-exhausted.

ive lost 3lbs. but cant get any futher please help need comets
Remember, the longer you get into your diet, the harder it´s to lose more weight. On the first week you can lose a kilogram or two, while in your tenth week, you can lose a couple hundred grams with the same amount of exercise and food. So keep doing more and more exercise! For an example, if you´re waiting for the bus or the metro, stand up instead of sitting down on the seats. And eat around 100 grams of candy a week (on the same day)(no marshmallows and chocolate, that´s really unhealthy), that´s a great amount for losing weight, without being tempted to buy a huge bag of candy and eat it in 15 minutes! Drink low-fat milk (I drink 0.1% fat milk, and that´s not even the one with least fat in! (I do know that we hate fat milk in Denmark)), tea without milk and sugar, or water, instead of soda and energy drinks.

That´s a few tips from me.

HELP!! How many calories do you burn by cooking?
Hello everybody Very Happy
I´ve just joined today, and was wondering one thing: How much do I burn by cooking? Right now I´ve my cooking time as standing, which is 47 calories in 20 minutes (2.0 METs). But is it a lot more? Please help me, I´m trying to have a perfectly correct exercise diary, and since I´m in fond of cooking and have vacation from school, some days I´m literally spending a few hours on making dishes like Coq au Vin, Lasagna with homemade Pasta, and Beef Wellington for dinner, and sometimes I bake bread/cakes (sometimes I do even make rye bread, which is popular where I come from, and that takes around 3-4 days of preparation + 4 hours in the kitchen on the day i bake it).

Too tired to cook + McDonald's = Savvy Calorie Intake!
Just try not to go to McDonalds. Even though your calories were fine, you totally forget that they add sugar in nearly everything on their menu, and there´s tons of additives in it. If you´re going to grab some food quikly, then go to a sandwich-bar, they´re a lot healthier. I don´t know what sandwich-bars there are in the US, but in Denmark where i live there´s a place called "Anette´s Sandwich" (it´s as cheap as McDonalds, twice as tasty and ten times healthier).

But that was still a great way to save some calories Very Happy
