How many calories should i eat?
I'm trying to just follow a healthy eating plan rather than following a particular diet, but i am trying to monitor my calorie intake to make sure i keep track of what i'm actual eating...but i'm not sure how many calories/fat/carbs i should be eating in a day if i'm wanting to lose weight? Anyone got any ideas?

Although the scales are only weighing me in 1lb lighter - my clothes do seem to fit a bit better, so must be doing something right! Must stick to it more ...
