Hi I need some advice
22 BMI is still healthy. I don't know what your height is, but perhaps you just need better nutrition to get everything in order. Who told you to use a plan for 1400 calories? Talk to a nutritionist or get one of those sugar smart books.

Maybe crazy, but it works
Thanks for the tip. I've always used honey & granola, but that adds a lot of carbs. Yours is a much better recipe.

Back pain cured, from better diet. Immediately !!!
Wow. Inspiring. When I finish my Spring cleaning, a lot of the processed food will be gone & I'll know where all the food and spices are located. I'll even know what shelf everything is on.

The key will be to not buy too much bulk at Costco, so that items overflow, and to buy for specific meal plans. In other words, not just because I'm running low on a favorite staple.

Lower RDI than recommnded?
If you're a woman, 1200 is fine. Are you exercising? I would shoot for 1200 to 1300 and feel fine as long as you've had less than 1500. I find that shooting for the exact amount of calories have you going over some days, but if you shoot for the lower amount, you won't go over your 1600.

Do the same thing with your exercise. Shoot for 5 days and you'll consistently reach 3-5.
