Food addicts!
This one sentence I think sums up all our problems. "I just started this program today, and am very anxious about starting yet another diet." The problem is the word diet... don’t diet.. eat what you want but in smaller portions along with better alternatives. And exercise!!
I have used this site for awhile; I did well, but fell off the wagon, as most addicts do. The tipping point for me to jump back on was my pants. They began to get tight and it was either buy bigger pants or lose weight. I decided I didn’t want to go up a size, because at 5’ 200+ pounds is not a good thing.
So now I am moving in the opposite direction. As of January 4th I have lost almost 23 pounds. It is not easy but I have also not restricted myself to rabbit food and do not plan on losing weight like on those TV shows. It took time to put on the weight so it will take time to take it off.
Life is hard and we will stumble but recover, regroup and move forward.
