Question for the Atkins people
I've been doing Atkins for about a year and a half. I tried to go back to normal about 8 months ago. I felt terrible, bloated, and tired. I now know that I don't want to eat any other way, for life. It gives me the energy I need to get through my day, not just my workout. And I just feel good and clean inside.

If you see it as too limiting, it will be. I look at all the great variety foods that I can eat, and I feel spoiled by this "diet". Smile

But the key is to find something that works for you, that you're happy with. Atkins works for me

Ohhhh. I just clicked on the 'New Item' next to the search bar when adding food. It asked me if I wanted to add a new food item and I click yes. I can add the nutrition info right there, and not share it.

*light bulb*

I think when I had gotten that message before, I never wanted to add it to the database since I thought it was automatically public.

How do you do that? I know I must be doing something wrong. It shouldn't be this complicated! haha

I just can't figure out how to add one serving of a recipe.

Hmmm. Well I only see things to add the custom meal with each individual item in it. I do have a lot of those already but I'm having a really hard time with some of my recipes and figuring out individual portions that it would just be easier to enter the nutrition info.

I have one where the full recipe is .67 cups of an ingredient. Each serving is 1/16 of that. The measurement on the "Add Food" screen is .25 cup. I have NO idea how to figure that out.
