How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Again the way that works for me like many others weight everyday same time, Write your weight down , then each week average it, that way you can see on a weekly basis if you are losing or gaining, also when you weight once a week and you will see if you write it down daily, your weight will go up and down during the week, if you happen to weigh on the up day, after working hard all week , very depressing, this works for me, been tracking my weight like this since 1984, not alway averaging only when I need to lose, but tracking daily

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
everyday, and for us who do, you know the day when your weight, for no apparent reason jumps a few pounds, if you were just weighing in on that day, so depressing, so weigh everyday and average your weight weekly, if your weekly avg is going down each week, dont worry about thoes minor bumps in the road
