Here's my mantra for the day..."Just walk past the Christmas cookies". Repeat everytime I walk past the Christmas cookies in the office.

I jumped on the scale this morning and I'm 6 pounds down. Yeah, Baby!

I was a little worried because I make better choices when my day is structured. But I did great. I make great food choices and got to the gym. Yippee.

Still going strong on day 4. Afternoons are always my downfall, so I bought some tooth whitening trays to put in between when I get home from work until I start dinner. It's working...can't snack with trays full of bleach in your mouth. I'll have to come up with a different strategy once my teeth are pearly-white.
