I am a 25 year old mother of two beautiful kids. I have a son who is five and a daughter who is one. All the women in my family fight their wieght every day, and the ones who don't have to get their stomach cut or stapled or whatever to help them in the end. So after I had my little girl I got my butt in gear. Unfortunately another side effect of my family is we get HUGE when we are prego. I gained 55 pounds and had an 11.5 pound baby. When I got home I weighed 211 pounds. I lost the weight, well all but 8 pounds right away. After that I quit smoking (which I said I would do when I lost the weight) I gained back about 15 pounds...WOW!! So now I am back to the old diet, which I will be doing the rest of my life to loose this weight and keep it off. Eight pounds down, 15 to go. I refuse to be fat and let me life go. I love playing with my kids, how can I do that overweight?

Could all my girls check in?
I'm packing and getting ready for the move. My life has become so stress free these days. I had a little rough spot where their dad left some bruises on my arms from grabbing me, but I'm out of a bad thing and starting a new life. I'm so excited about the stupid little things. I mean, how dumb is it I'm totally excited to buy new towels? I'm so lame!! Anyway, thanks to all for checking in and I miss you guys.

Could all my girls check in?
I have not been here in a while and I just want to make sure all of you are ok. Everyone please check in and tell me how the weight loss is going and everything else in life. I have not been on my diet for over 2 weeks now, and I have not gained a pound!! Yay!! Anyway, too much work and too much stress will do that, but oh well. I have not LOST a pound either, but I'm ok with that. Anyway, check in and let me know. Miss you all.

What is your BMI?
Ladies have any of you got your BMI numbers yet? The number you want to be is 25. If you are 25 you are "average", and over 25 is overweight. How close are you to 25? It also says the average woman wants to be 22-23. Let me know!!

Does Any One Know Anything About Strength Training?
LOL Lori, I can't do those damn tapes either. I almost killed myself! And to make matters worse I had my 5 year old sitting there laughing at me and doing it all. Sad Ohh to be five again! Try Richard Simmons! Not only do you get to work out, but you also laugh a lot because he is such an odd little man. Good luck!

We still love you Lori. Even though you are a skinny fatty! lol! Who cares what other people say. Screw em! You are one of our most active girls on here!! Ohh...and you are my favorite to read because of your countryness (if that is even a word). And by the way, if you didn't stay on here to keep your weight down, you might gain it back (make sure you tell em that!). Love ya too much!
