So I started my diet a little later than I thought. I was going to begin it last week Monday, but we couldn't buy the needed groceries, so it waited til today. I hope this works out though, I really need to lose this weight.
I hope to be under 200lb by the start of school. So that is around 36 lbs in 12 weeks, so 3lb a week which is do-able actually.
Then after that be down to 160 by Christmas: 40 lbs in 14 weeks--again around 3 lbs a week.
Then, down to 145 by spring semester: 15 pounds in 5 weeks--3 pounds a week.
After that, down to 130 by spring break: 15 pounds in 7 weeks--2 pounds a week more or less.
Then ultimately, down to 120 by graduation: 10 pounds in 7 weeks--1.5 pounds a week.
All of this seems do-able, more or less. The most I count on losing a week is 3 lbs which is healthy, and the whole process is slow enough to be healthy while still losing it.
