Why Am I Still Hungry?
I am now finding that there are times when I am hungrier after I eat than before I did. I am slowly trying to move over to fresh fruits and proteins now that I am beginning to be able to exercise some portion control. But there is still that hunger.

Does anyone know why?

When is the best time to weigh myself?
When is the best time of day to weigh myself?
The scale sometimes gives me different readings.
For example, I weighed myself about 10 minutes after I had awaken and freshened myself. The scale showed that I had a 2+ pound weight loss which would be logical since I am on day 3 of this. An hour later, after having cleaned house and worked up a sweat, I got on the scale and it showed only a .2 loss from the day before.

So which is the accurate one?
I am thinking that the first one was.

Speeding up metabolism
Hi

How do I speed up my metabolism in a healthy way?
Yesterday I did 9 hours of work outside sorting through things in my garage. It involved a lot of lifting, bending and walking. I skipped dinner because I wasn't hungry so I netted out the day at about 1000 calories. I had a bottle of propel which I drank slowly from 9-11 because I was slightly dehydrated.

When I stepped on the scale it was only a .2 loss. I will do so again before I eat breakfast. But I have to admit that it is this 265 barrier that breaks me again and again.

I'll change up the foods slightly today and not skip dinner. But I really think that it is more than that. I think that I have a sluggish metabolism. Maybe allergies play into it?

Any thoughts?

Calorie count for a chicken caesar salad????
Hi

I ate the above at a local restaurant. In looking it up there seems to be a wide variety of calorie counts.

What should I be counting it as? The chicken was grilled.

I actually started at 284.8 oin 2010. According to my doctor IO have lost 55 pounds since Sept 2010.
