5'6", 212 lbs (gulp), 50 year old woman. Have struggled with my weight since my teens. Never been this heavy though. Bottom line...too many calories in, not enough calories out. I have promised myself that I will increase my activity level and stop overeating. Really want to go through the second half of my life doing great things for myself,in a body that radiates that, and with the best shot at good health I can possible have!! Signed up for the "Walk for an Hour" and "40 lbs. by Valentines Day" challenges.
