Well into my 31st year, I've finally connected healthy eating and exercise with living better not just looking better and, though it's taken me a while, the lesson seems to have stuck. So, I'm reacquainting myself with delicious healthy foods that leave me satisfied instead of starving and enjoyable physical activities that leave me energized instead of exhausted. It's amazing how big an impact the simplest changes can have on the state of both my mind and body. It's shaping up to be a challenging and rewarding journey.
