What foods maximize protein intake?
ISOPURE is a CLEAR ready-to-drink protien in many flavors. The taste is only ok (a milk aftertaste) but I think it is so much easier to drink than thick shakes. There are 40 grams of protien in one bottle and ZERO carbs! It is my absolute fave!!
