My name is Anna. I have been married for almost 2 years to the most amazing man ever. We have a little girl who just turned 15 months old. I have a pretty happy life. I'm here because I need to be healthy for my little mamas, I want to be there for her when she is older. I struggled with Bulimia for 7 years, thankfully I have recovered. A little bit too well in fact. I've gained quite a bit of weight since getting married and having my daughter. My goal weight is 140. That's about what I weighed during my last year of high school (which was only 3 1/2 years ago, so don't freak out on me!) I would like to be there again, but if I can get down 30 lbs to 150 that would be fantastic! :) I'm here for anything, feel free to say anything to me, comment on anything I have to say, or well, just anything! I'm an open book!

what do you do when... ?
I love to crunch ice if I am feeling "hungry". If I am still hungry after a tumbler of ice then I am usually truly hungry. It's always important to make sure you aren't A) bored or B) thirsty and just munching to curb those things. If you are wanting to abstain from eating something you shouldn't (like sweets for me) I will brush my teeth. There is nothing worse than the taste of something sweet right after you've just brushed you teeth Laughing Also, like Jass said, think of your goals and your reasons for your goals, that is always good Smile Good Luck!! Thanks! I appreciate it. I am making my new shopping list and I put cereal and then had an epiphany that I was eating like 7 point cereals...Not so desirable! I will buy some Kashi Go Lean! Smile

Cereal Suggestions?
If anyone has any low-ish point cereal suggestions they would be much appreciated. I usually have very little time to eat in the morning before my daughter starts waking up and needing mommy. Or if you have any really quick breakfast options (like we're talking 10 maybe 15 minutes start to finish, including cooking and eating Embarassed ) Thanks!

I should re-phrase what I said in my earlier post. They are semi-strenous...but the doc did say that it was ok for me to have been working with the ball and resistance bands before I got the offical "ok"....sorry ! Shock Smile
