L.A. Lites Alternatives
I do agree - I eat a High protein/High fiber cereal for breakfast - 15 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber in 3/4 cup. They told me that I should really eat at least one egg instead to get protein. I said are you kidding, did you hear me 15 grams .. well the program says cereal is a starch and you need a protein source. Oh well...I give.
