I am hoping that the third time is the charm on this site. I've started doing low carb modified "Atkins". I am on Day 3 and feel pretty good. I'm hoping I can stick with it. I feel more positive about this attempt than the past ones. People have been supportive on this site and that helps immensely! One day at a time! Hoping that I can help others who are struggling as well. I'm in my 40's and losing weight is definitely more of a challenge.

Do you have to do induction to lose?
Thanks Mummydee. I'm not a huge fan of them. We had a cookout on Monday of turkey burgers and hot dogs, and had extra dogs, so had it for lunch. So far so good on day 2. Have you had the muffins in a minute, and if so, are they induction friendly? I've seen some say yes and some say no. Just trying to find things that will satisfy a "sweet" craving that's low in carb besides sf jello.
