If I were thin, I'd...
I will have to agree with k8 and naiomy. There is no point in waiting to be thin to do the things you like. However, jogging when overweight can be really hard on your joints.
But, I think that make-up, perfume, fixed-up hair, flattering clothes, a broad smile are things that each and every one of us deserve to have no matter our weight.

Foods that stall weight loss?
I will agree with an00bis. I think that you are starving yourself with such a low amount of calories that you eat.
I will pm you with a site that helps you determine the least number of calories that you should eat for not to be in starvation ...

Light Yogurt that's not so light if you read the ingredients
I first noticed that something was strange when one day my eye caught something on the yogurt package that sounded like "yogurt dessert" when I was expecting to see yogurt period.

Upon inspection I was surprised to find out that added to the common ingredients that you see in a yogurt (milk, cream and active cultures) there were other things THAT WERE NOT SUPPOSED to be there ... artificial sweeteners, artificial thickeners and so on.

This lead me to be very careful when choosing yogurt' I know prefer the ones that form the thick layer on top (and you can toss it and get rid of much of the fat content this way) and have a self life of three to five days ... and an added bonus, they are sold in ceramic bowls instead of plastic ones!!!

And a funny thing: the cafeteria in my office started selling (fresh) yogurt that you can top with walnuts, honey and fruit. Although it does sound like a good idea, you can taste the milk powder in the yogurt. Yikes!! No need to tell that it was the first and last time that I ate that!!
