Personal Question... How do you see yourself?
This is an awesome post....back in the day (before menapause) I weighed 115 pounds wet and could eat anything and everything...and still to me I was "fat" and that is what I saw in the mirror. I was envious of my neighbor who weighed over 300 lbs but would go outside and mow her lawn in a swimming suit - she told me she saw me when she looked in the mirror - weird because I saw her. I have never been comfortable in my own skin....hopefully this will pass with age!

Atkins net carb value versus FatSecret
If the count is wrong is FS you may want to add as a new revised count or create your own food - that way you would see it on paper Smile
Have a good one!

Important!
My two cents on the subject...we all come in different shapes and sizes, different metabolic rates, different health issues/non-issues and exercise capability. There is no one size fits all diet. If a diet works for you and you can provide encouragement and helpful hints great. Others may not be able to tolerate that diet but our successful in others. I don't know anyone who can state with any fact that this is the only diet that works and there is something wrong with you if you don't follow "the diet. If I had a serious health issue I wouldn't take a sole doctor's advice - I would get a second opionion on what seems right and works for me. Same goes for getting down to a healthy weight and following a diet that works for me.
