I HAD A TERRIBLE WEEKEND, EATING AND LITTLE EXERCISE, BUT TODAY THE CHALLENGE STARTS, I THINK I'M GOING TO FIND A FAT PICTURE AND PUT IT IN THE KITCHEN TO REMIND ME TO STICK WITH IT.

SO FAR SO GOOD. I HAVE BEEN MORE CONSCIENSCOUS ABOUT WHAT I AM PUTTING IN MY MOUTH. TRYING TO INCLUDE MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES. THE TOUGH PART FOR ME RIGHT NOW IS NOT BEING ABLE TO WORK OUT DUE TO MY SURGERY I CAN'T START TRULY WORKING OUT UNTIL OCTOBER 27TH. BUT I AM GOING TO CONTINUE WALKING AND DOING AS MUCH AS I CAN TOLERATE.

TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY, AGAIN. THIS TIME I'M GOING ALL THE WAY TO MY GOAL, I HAVE THREE AND A HALF MORE WEEKS UNTIL I GO BACK TO WORK, OR AM ABLE TO GET BACK INTO THE EXERCISE THING, BUT FOR NOW I CAN GET MY DIET UNDER CONTROL.
