I have lost 65 pounds!
How did I do it? A little bit of Weight Watchers, and a lot of calorie watching. I exercised, by walking every night.
I didn't pay for a miracle drug. I didn't go to meetings, I didn't buy special food. I prepared my own food and enjoyed what I was eating.
I gained a few pounds back, about 15, and now I am back and commited to getting back down to my lowest weight (About 130lbs) and hopefully keep going until I hit between 120 and 125lbs. I lost my resolve once, but never again.

Lose 30lbs (168) before 2 year anniversary (3/29): Acheived on 3/4/10
Lose 35lbs (163) before April 2010: Acheived on 3/29/10
Lose 38lbs (160) before April 18 2010: Acheived on 4/7/10
Lose 40lbs (158) before May 1 2010: Acheived on 4/12/10
Lose 45lbs (153) before May 30 2010: Acheived on 4/23/10
Lose 50lbs (148) before June 12 2010: Acheived on 5/21/10
Lose 53lbs (145): Acheived on 6/4/10 I now have a NORMAL BMI!
Lose 55lbs (143) before July 4 2010: Acheived on 6/14/10
Lose 60lbs (138) before August 2 2010: Acheived on 7/12/10
Lose 65lbs (133) before September 21 2010: Acheived on 8/18/10

Lose 20lbs (140) before May 15 2013
Lose 30lbs (130) before August 15 2013
Maintain and tone until I get married on October 5 2013
