I am a 38yr. old stay-at-home Mom. I've struggled with my weight for the past 10+ years. I have RA, which is not an excuse...it should be one of my strengths and reason to get healthy. No more excuses, reasons, explanations, etc...I have to take ownership and beat this. My first goal is to lose 61 pounds and be under 200...then start jogging...next, concentrate on the last 39 pounds...eventually, run a half marathon. It's on!!!!!
