I'm 35 years old and a mom of three great kids (10, 7, 5). I did the fat smash diet a year ago, and it really worked great. Over the winter though, I put on a lot of wt. When I went to wear a suit for vacation, I couldn't believe it--I weighed 150--the most I've ever weighed w/o being pregnant! I love to work out, but I also love to eat and drink. I used to be able to keep my weight in check, but now age seems to have taken over. I know that I need to work on the nutrition part of my life. I did WW online from Jan to spring break and lost 15 lbs, but a little has crept back since the cruise. I am trying to do the EFS to jump start the wt loss again.

Belly Fat!!!
you could do crunches till the cows come home--maybe even have a six pack under the belly fluff. Cardio will get rid of that layer. Also drink a lot of water and do not have salt for a few days before wearing the bikini

Vitamins?
I have felt a thousand times better taking a comprehensive vitamin and mineral supplement. They are $$ but I only take one pack a day so a one month supply lasts me 2 months.

Constipated for 24 hours and nothing's worked- ideas anyone?
1 quart warm water and two table spoons of sea salt. But beware, with all that fiber you've eaten you'll probably have a blowout!
