was yummy.
had no mayo so thought about what to substitute.
came up with the 2 dressings to bind ingredients.
had no tomato, so I saw the mandarin orange in can.

RED SALMON salad
canned red salmon [5 oz Trader Joe's]
1 hard cooked organic jumbo egg
sweet relish [2 tbs]
diced sweet onion
1000 Island dressing [2 tbsp]
Ranch dressing [1 tbsp]
mandarin orange pieces
.
put some on sour dough rye bread [2 slices]
with lettuce
FOR LUNCH today....Nov 14 2009
With organic skim milk [12 oz]
