Healthy Grocery Store Baking Cookies?
Here's my favourite gluten-free cookies recipe:
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup granulated cane sugar
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons light buckwheat flour OR sweet sorghum flour
2 tablespoons tapioca starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place softened butter, egg and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until thoroughly blended. Add sugar and whisk to blend. In a separate small bowl whisk buckwheat flour, tapioca starch and toasted sesame seeds together. Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir until combined. make cookies and bake in preheated oven for about 7 minutes.

Coconut Water
I use coconut water as a sweetener in a recipe. Or I sometimes drink it after exersising, cause its very thirst-quenching.

what can i substitute in my coffee for cream?
You can use coconut milk, I always add coconut milk in my coffee after I stopped to eat and drink dairy, it tastes very good and doesn't contain much sugar.
