Hello! My name is Cindy and I'm a scientist. Most of my day consists of sitting and standing. I love to play video games, watching Sci-Fi, and reading. I workout on my Wii Fit and at the gym (you can log in activity points in the Wii Fit to keep track...though not in detail). I highly recommend the Wii Fit for anyone at any level looking for a fun way to work out!

Also, I have a loving husband, who gives me all the support I need for this weight loss challenge I have taken on. He's actually as excited as I am to see the weight come off! He's going to treat to a nice Salon/Spa day when I meet me goal. I also have four non-human kids. My four kitties! I love them lots...even when they try to climb on me and mess up my balance when I'm exercising on my Wii Fit. *sigh*

At the minimum WW points and hard to lose weight
Hi All! I'm having a tough time losing my weight. I just reached my 10lb mark last week. My leader said not to decrease my points since I'm at the minimum. I was eating less than the minimum since I wasn't hungry but she says that my body may go into famine mode and not give up the fat. So I'm forcing myself to eat my points. My concern is that I'm eating when I'm not hungry which to me is counter-intuitive. Also, I haven't been losing as much weight as I did before. So I decided to increase my workout days. I will see if this works at next weeks weigh in. Has anyone been in this situation? Thanks!
