I've been overweight or obese for most of my life. I have had previous success with Atkins and low-carbing, but have allowed myself to get easily sidetracked. After disliking how I feel and how much weight I've gained, I've decided to make the commitment to a healthy whole-foods diet. I'm dragging my husbeast with me, as we both have weight to lose and he wants to get into shape for cycling season.
In my (limited) spare time, I knit, spin, and podcast (Stringchronicity Podcast at stringchronicity.net). I love video games and one of my favourite forms of exercise is playing active games like Just Dance and Wii Fit!
