I am 27 years old. I was 420 lbs and my life was going nowhere and I was always depressed. I had no job, no girlfriend, basically no way to support myself. While on the waiting list for bariatric surgery i joined the local Optifast program. This is where my life changed.

I am currently a devote follower of the program and have had a great amount of success. I am really active now, i workout everyday and joined a ball hockey league and play golf every chance i get. And oh yeah i got a job! i am a part-time employee in the produce department at Fortinos. It's nothing special but its a start and a spring board to get me where i really want to go working with computers. i self teach myself on off days.

I went to McMaster University and have completed my English degree.
