I've been struggling moreso with body image than weight for years now.
Also, being set up on a plan where Caloric intake isn't driving you helps a lot, such as one where you have an x amount of starches, fats, proteins, fruits, and veggies per snack and meal. It's so hard to not focus on all of these numbers, but you are not your eating disorder, and like I said before, you ARE beautiful. As for body image, it may be the toughest challenge to surmount, but I would take to a therapist about that one. What I've done is covered up my full length mirrors and I've written inspirational little slogans and one-liners on them just to brighten the day. I hope this helps, gorgeous!

I'm so sorry, girl. I'm struggling with an eating disorder at the moment, and my advice would be to find a nutritionist to set you up on a weight maintenance plan, they're experts and they know what they're doing, I know how hard of a factor trust is with this, but I haven't seen my weight in over 6 weeks and not obsessing over a number might be the most liberating experience I've ever dealt with. It does get better, I promise. And you're beautiful inside and out, you control the food, it doesn't control you. You CAN get through this <3 Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Weighing yourself on a daily basis is a bit damaging. I know from experience, it's best to have a weigh-in once a week. Your weight fluctuates so easily based on a multitude of factors such as water and sodium intake, even moisture on body. In all honesty, weight is just a number, don't let it mandate who you are, you do that work yourself and you do a wonderful job Smile
