I am a 38 year old who is desperate to get my body back to its pre-children stage. I have 3 boys 17, 4 and 2. The 2 and 4 year olds demand most of my time and I am with then 24/7. So finding time to get workouts in is hard, but I am determined to find my self again so I always find the time (even if it is only a half hour). Most times if I put in a video they like to do it with me (for a few minutes atleast) So here I go and WILL NOT STOP until I reach my goal!!

Fat Flap over C-section incision
Hi Everyone,

I have had three c-sections and even though I am losing weight and inches it seems that I am having trouble getting rid of the fat flap that is hanging over my c-section incision. Anyone have a good excercise to get rid of this? It is really getting frustrating!
