@Draglist]Thank you very much.I just calculated my body fat online,and it's 16 % But to be onest I don't believe in it,i'm not in such a good form tu have just 16 % of fat.I would like to use Biometric Impedance Analysis scale also,but i dont know where I can find it in my contry.Anyway,thanks for help

How many calories are you eating everyday? I eat around 1500-1600 at my 54 kg,but it seems that I need to eat less ( Because I have a little bit of fat,(2-3 kg) which I can't loose..I don't want to go under my BMR (1300 cal)but what if just in this way i will loose my last kg of fat..Help me..
