I was always thin until I had kids. I've tried on and off to get rid of the extra weight, but never really gave it 100%. But now it's time to get serious. I'm getting older and have health issues I'd rather not have. So I'm going to give it all I've got so I can feel better and get off the meds. that I've been having to take for the last few years.
I joined FS a year ago and have been MIA since. I'm going to join some FS challenges and groups to help keep me on track and keep coming back.
