First Time Dieter
So this is my first time ever dieting and I think I'm off to a great start using this app on my phone to track what I'm eating and make healthier choices. I'm trying to lose about 30 lbs. and my RDI is 1600 calories. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks now and I think I'm down about 2-4 lbs. but I made the mistake of not weighing myself before I started. I just chose my weight based on what I weighed at my last doctors appointment back in December 2013.
Here's a question to anyone that might be able to help: if I continue to stick to this RDI how long will it take to lose the 30 lbs. I haven't gone over the 1600 calories at all and have been using this app since 3/4/14. I wish it would tell me if I continue on this daily calorie amount I will reach my weight loss goal in however many days or weeks.
